I’m an Empath sharing my truth about living with complex trauma, borderline personality traits, and a neurodiverse brain. Through sharing my struggles, I extend my vulnerability in hopes to empower you to raise your voice and own your story –
because we cannot see changes in what we choose not to see.
I began my first career working as a licensed Aesthetician and worked over a decade in the wellness and beauty industry. After a career shift in 2016, I became a Certified Community Support Worker and specialized in the field of mental health support. I’m currently working as a Community Mental Health Worker for a not-for-profit organization.
In my personal journey, I have lived experience with overcoming a debilitating mental illness, which has given me much insight within my career to better support clients in developing skills to overcome challenges that are involved with creating and maintaining mental wellness. I began blogging and writing articles on mental health topics which led me to writing + publishing my first book in August 2021.
My experience has led me to amalgamate my work history to create a holistic wellness business, where I blend both physical + mental health aspects through high performance nutritional products + a therapeutic mentorship program.
